How to pay for customised order?

At Meena's creation we have a policy of 50% deposit to confirm the order and remaining 50% on dispatch of the final order.
We provide the tracking number to the client for their peace of mind.

What’s the minimum order amount?

Meena's creation do not have minimum order quantity requirements.

But orders do attract delivery charge. Contact us for more information.

Which countries do you ship to?

Meena's creation has a client base in India, Australia, UK and US.
But we can ship to anywhere in the world with additional delivery charge.

Do you accept returns?

Meena's Creation is a boutique business which offers customisation of products.
We do not accept return for customised product.
We usually are in touch with our clients at each stage of crafting process and amend the style, if required, prior dispatching the final product.

Do you accept b2b orders

Meena's creation would love to create something special for your business and your business customers.

What are your lead times?

Meena's creation believes our customers deserve perfection and perfection needs time. As each order is hand crafted, its takes minimum 25-30 days from your order confirmation to delivery.
